   Meter reading will be taken upon arrival & departure (Monthly readings if necessary).  
   Electric Rate is $.12 - $.14 per kWh (may vary)
   Deposit will be applied to amount due, overage to be refunded at end of stay.

   RESERVATIONS

Weekly             $ 50.00
Monthly            $150.00

     Deposit will be applied to monies due upon registration.
     Reservation deposit will be refunded if notice of cancellation
   received at least one month in advance of reservation date.
